Wallet infrastructure and account access
FADE partners with Privy for embedded wallet infrastructure in our self-custodial wallet experience. FADE operates the social app and transaction interface. Read our Privy announcement and Privy’s security documentation for the provider’s infrastructure and controls.
Privy’s security reviews describe Privy’s systems; they do not constitute an independent audit of the entire FADE application.
Web sign-in uses Google or Apple. Signing in and authorizing a transaction are separate actions. Before funding a wallet, understand its signing, export and recovery arrangements. Recovering a social login does not necessarily recover wallet access. See the sign-in explanation and wallet FAQ.
Check the cost before confirming
FADE’s social features are free to use. Optional trading carries fees. Review the executable quote and its available fee details before confirming, including the platform fee, network fee, price impact and slippage limit. Network costs and market conditions can change.
Check the asset’s network and full contract address, the amount and any recipient. A matching name, ticker or logo does not identify an asset. Market discovery coverage does not guarantee that an asset is available to trade.
Trading is currently available to eligible adults aged 18 and older in the United States, with international trading coming soon. Digital assets can lose all their value. Social posts, rankings and market data do not guarantee a result. Read the transaction FAQ and Terms of Service.
Community safety and moderation
Use Report on a post, message or profile to flag a concern for review. The Community Guidelines describe prohibited content, enforcement and appeals. You can also contact Support.
Microsoft PhotoDNA: application approved; integration underway. PhotoDNA screening is not yet live on FADE. Our approval announcement explains the current rollout status. Microsoft’s PhotoDNA FAQ explains its role in identifying known child sexual abuse imagery and its limitations. The service approval is not a Microsoft partnership or endorsement of FADE.
Privacy and account controls
The Privacy Policy explains the information FADE collects, how it is used and what may be retained. Account deletion is available in Settings. Before deleting an account, review the wallet-access and balance requirements; contact support if you need help.

Get help or report a concern
For account help, transaction issues or a suspected security vulnerability, email support@fade.family. For security reports, use “Security report” in the subject and describe the affected page and what you observed. Keep reports and private account details out of public posts.
Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or sign-in codes. A public transaction signature and the time of an issue can help with transaction support.
