Leave a short update above your Messages inbox. Notes hold up to 60 Unicode characters, disappear after 24 hours and are shared only with people you follow who follow you back. Replies go to DMs.

Catch up with visual updates from people in your community through the stories rail. Open a story from the feed and continue the conversation privately.
Leaderboard
Explore FADE's leaderboard to discover people in the community. A ranking is a discovery tool; it does not establish the safety of a trade or predict returns.
Direct messages
Keep a conversation going in your inbox. Primary, general and requests help you organize messages, and friends can reply privately to your Notes.
Group chats
Bring people into a group conversation and share posts with the chat. Keep a discussion with your friends separate from the public feed or a coin's room.
Send money in DMs
Eligible trading accounts can send USDC to another FADE user from a DM. Check the recipient, network, amount and any costs before confirming. Sending a message does not authorize a payment; completed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed.
Find your crypto community on FADE
- Open the feed to explore public posts. Sign in to follow people, reply and share your own updates.
- Find a coin in Search and open its room to join the conversation around that asset.
- Open Messages to start a DM or group chat, or share a Note with mutual followers.
Accounts are for adults 18 and older. Read the Community Guidelines for participation rules and the Privacy Policy for public visibility and moderation practices. Optional trading has separate eligibility and fees.
Wallet infrastructure with Privy
FADE partners with Privy, a Stripe company, for embedded wallet infrastructure. Eligible accounts can use that wallet experience alongside FADE's social features.

What is FADE?
FADE is a crypto social media app with posts, stories, Notes, coin rooms, leaderboards, direct messages and group chats on web and iPhone. It combines community conversations with crypto market discovery and optional trading for eligible accounts.
Does FADE have an official Discord?
Yes. FADE family is FADE’s official Discord community for crypto conversations, creators, product feedback and community questions. The official invite is linked from fade.family. FADE’s in-app coin rooms and Discord give the community different places to connect; you do not need to trade to participate.
Who operates FADE?
FADE Platforms Inc. operates FADE at fade.family. FADE is the app and product name; FADE Platforms Inc. is the company behind it.
Do I have to trade to use FADE?
No. FADE's social features are free to use, and you do not have to place a trade to follow people, post, watch stories or use messages. Accounts are for adults 18 and older. Trading is a separate feature with its own eligibility and transaction fees.
How do coin rooms work on FADE?
Each indexed coin has a dedicated room alongside its market page. Find a coin by its ticker or full contract address, then open its room to follow the conversation. Sign in to participate. A coin's name or ticker alone does not establish its identity; check the network and contract address.
Who can see my Notes?
Your Notes are shared with mutual followers: people you follow who follow you back. Each note lasts 24 hours and can contain up to 60 Unicode characters. Replies are private messages.
Can I use FADE's social features on the web?
Yes. Rooms, posts, stories, Notes, leaderboards, DMs and sending money in DMs are available on the FADE web app as well as iPhone. Sign in to use account features.
Can I start a group chat or share a post in DMs?
Yes. FADE supports direct messages and group chats. Use a post's Send control to share it in a conversation, and open Messages to keep the discussion going.
Are FADE direct messages public?
FADE does not display your direct messages publicly. The published Privacy Policy explains content scanning, moderation, service providers and retention. Public posts and public trading activity have different visibility from DMs.
Who provides FADE’s embedded wallets?
FADE partners with Privy, a Stripe company, for embedded wallet infrastructure. Privy provides the wallet technology behind FADE’s self-custodial wallet experience for eligible accounts. Trades and USDC transfers require your review and confirmation.
Where is FADE trading available?
Trading is open in the United States for people aged 18 and older. International trading is coming soon. Transaction availability can also depend on the asset, network, account and provider.
