FADE and Privy.
FADE Platforms Inc., the company behind the crypto social media app at fade.family, partners with Privy for embedded wallet infrastructure. Privy is a Stripe company. Its wallet technology is part of FADE’s self-custodial wallet experience for eligible accounts.
FADE brings posts, stories, Notes, coin rooms, direct messages, group chats and leaderboards together on web and iPhone. The Privy integration connects the wallet experience to that social app, so eligible users can review a trade or send USDC to another FADE user from a conversation.
What Privy provides.
Privy supplies embedded wallet infrastructure that applications can integrate into their own experience. On FADE, that technology supports wallet creation and signing for transactions a user reviews and approves.
FADE operates the social product and its transaction interface. Privy provides wallet infrastructure; the partnership does not change the need to review the recipient, network, amount, quote and fees before approving a transaction.
Security information you can inspect.
Privy publishes information about its wallet architecture, security practices and independent reviews. Its public security page lists a completed SOC 2 Type II review in April 2026. Links to those primary sources are included below.
Those materials describe Privy’s controls. FADE’s application implementation, access controls and operation remain FADE’s responsibility. Wallet infrastructure does not guarantee a token’s value or reverse a completed blockchain transaction.
