Need help signing in or accessing your account? Contact support with your FADE handle and a description of what happened.
Trading and market data
Trading is open to people aged 18 or older in the United States. International trading is coming soon. For a missing token, balance display, quote, or transaction issue, include the token address and the time of the issue. A public transaction signature can help us investigate.
Content and safety
Use the Report action on content or an account. You can also contact support with a link and a description of the concern.
Account deletion
Find the account deletion option in Settings. Review the confirmation carefully and withdraw funds or preserve wallet access before proceeding.
Talk to FADE.
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and which device you’re using. Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or sign-in codes.
